  • We do not outsource our customer service because we care about your privacy and also want to provide the best support we can. We are still a small team, so please allow for up to 24 hours on weekdays, and 48 hours on weekends for responses.
  • Along those lines, we also do not have the capacity to answer in depth one on one privacy questions. If your question is regarding an error with a service or product we recommend, please contact that company and CC us.
  • If you are wanting a closer level of support, we do offer One on One consultations, and for members we have a Live Q/A webinar every month where you can call in and ask questions.
